1-2-1 Boxing Lessons/pad work/FITNESS/ Personalized Training

 


At my private gym, I offer one-to-one  lessons that provide a tailored and personalized training experience. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals, an experienced boxer aiming to refine your skills, want to lose weight or get fit I will work with you to achieve your specific goals.


During the lessons, you'll receive individualized training plans & I will assess your current fitness level, boxing proficiency, and any specific areas you want to focus on. With my expertise, we will develop a training plan that suits your unique needs, maximizing your progress and helping you reach your full potential.


My 1-2-1 lessons for boxing padwork are designed to improve your technique, speed, agility, strength, and overall skills. You'll learn proper footwork, punches, defensive moves, and combinations through hands-on coaching and practice, with a focus on correct form and technique.

Not interested in the boxing side? I can tailor your session to mainly  strength & conditioning or a mixture of both.
